Wow! What a great webpage to see where everyone is...and thanks to those that put this all together!
Hmmm...where to start...
I went to work for RG&E in 1979 after taking a "vacation" from high school. :-) Decided to skip college and went right into the workforce as a meter reader. (I probably read your meter!!) I got promoted to the Gas Engineering Department later that year and met my lovely wife Ranie of 26 years there!
We got married in 1982, honeymooned in Bermuda for 2 weeks, bought our first (and only) house in Brighton in 1983 and settled down to making a family.
We had Kevin in 1986 and Cameron in 1990. Shelby, our Border Collie joined us in 1994-2002. The along came Cody, our big galoot mutt who is now 8 years old.
Today, I am still with the "Gas & Electric" with almost 30 years designing new residential underground gas main systems for new subdivisions east of the mighty Genesee. My wife Ranie is now a certified Teaching Assistant at Indian Landing Elementary School and enjoying every minute of it! Kevin graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in nursing in the top 5% of his class and is currently employed with the NYC Presbyterian Hospital at Columbia in Manhattan in the cardiac step down unit. Cameron is attending SUNY Brockport in the Honors Program with an academic scholarship and wants to graduate with a teaching degree. As a dad, I couldn't be any prouder of my two boys coming from a dad who was a relative "skater" through high school.....lol.
My future? Well Ranie and I hope to retire in the next 7 to 10 years and travel first, then settle down, reside in warmer winter climates and have lots and lots of grandchildren!!
Oh! You may have seen my commercials for RG&E, but if not, I'll post them here for ya! What a ham!
